# Claim and Unstake

## How to Claim Your Rewards (Dividends)

### 1. Click “Claim”

On your pool dashboard, go to the Rewards section and click the blue Claim button.

### 2. Confirm the Transaction

Your wallet will prompt you to confirm. Approve the transaction.

### 3. Receive Tokens Instantly

Once confirmed, the USDT (or other rewards) will be sent directly to your wallet.

## Step-by-step Unstaking Guide:

### 1. Check Cooldown Period

On your dashboard, in the Staked section, you’ll see a countdown timer (e.g. 10d) labeled Cooldown period. This shows how much time remains before your assets become withdrawable.

### 2. Wait for Cooldown to Expire

You must wait until this period ends. During the cooldown, your assets are locked — they’re not earning rewards and not available for withdrawal yet.

### 3. Click “Unstake”

Once the cooldown is over, the Unstake button becomes active (blue). Click it to begin the withdrawal process.

### 4. Confirm the Transaction

Your wallet will prompt a confirmation. Approve the transaction to proceed.

### 5. Receive Your Tokens

After confirming, your originally staked tokens will be sent back to your wallet. You are now fully unstaked.
